Our bodycare is as honest as it is organic. Meaning, everything IN our products will always be listed ON them so you know exactly what you’re purchasing and putting on your body. That said, you will absolutely never find any questionable ingredients in our products. No petrochemicals or parabens, GMOs or other synthetic or harmful ingredients.

Based in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, Pangea Organics was founded on the principle belief that together, we can create a new, more sustainable future. We, for example, have chosen to help do so one bottle, bar and jar at a time. We are a small, independent manufacturer of organic bodycare. But more than that, we are a community of like-minded people who believe in creating products that help rather than harm at every stage of their lifecycle.

Our products (henceforth, your products) have been designed with intention. Therapeutic for both mind and body. Beneficial for both people and the planet. Created and curated by a small group of dedicated individuals for all kinds of people and all kinds of skin.

PRACTICES

Buying Pangea Organics products does more than make your body feel good. It means you’re supporting sustainable agriculture and culture – everything from fair trade sourcing and organic farming to living wages and the use of renewable, recycled and recyclable resources. In other words, good for you, good for every body.

Pangea products are (and always will be):
• Crafted by artisans in small batches, using pure, organic ingredients that replenish the skin
• Hand-blended to soothe or stimulate your senses
• Preserved using the gentlest of methods to retain the nurturing properties of the botanicals in each customized blend
• Intentionally sourced from organic farmers through fair trade practices whenever possible
• Honest above all else: if it’s in our products, it’s on our labels

What we choose to consume today, directly impacts how we – and future generations – will live tomorrow. With that in mind, we wanted to let you know that a portion of our profits are going to help build the Pangea Institute, an emerging non-profit organization dedicated to researching and teaching all aspects of sustainable living and business practices. Choosing to buy Pangea Organics means you, too, are positively impacting the future.

You only have one body and we only have one planet. We promise to do all that we can to take care of both. That’s why our products are not only sensuous; they’re sustainable. In fact, our bodycare starts biodegrading in 48 hours (while others contain chemical foaming agents that can take closer to 200 years to break down). Meaning, you’re not the only one benefiting from our products. The planet gets a good end of the deal, too.

Pangea Organics is proud to announce our partnership with Women for Women International to provide women survivors of war, civil strife and other conflicts with the tools and resources to move from crisis and poverty to stability and self- sufficiency, thereby promoting viable civil societies.

Pangea Organics has pledged to donate 5% of profits to Women for Women International to help women move from victims to survivors to active citizens.

Women for Women International (WfWI) is a global non-profit organization that envisions a world where no one is abused, poor, illiterate or marginalized; where members of communities have full and equal participation in the processes that ensure their health, well-being and economic independence; and where everyone has the freedom to define the scope of their life, their future and strive to achieve their full potential.
WfWI serves the most socially excluded women in conflict and post-conflict, war-torn countries who have lost everything – family, home, and health. Women enroll in a 12-month education program, receiving direct financial aid and emotional support. Through this program women gain rights awareness education and job skills training so they can support themselves and their families
Countries of operation include Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Rwanda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria and Sudan.
Since 1993, WfWI has distributed almost $79 million in direct aid and microcredit loans, assisting more than 250,000 women, and benefiting another one million family and community members. WfWI is a proud recipient of the prestigious Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize and has received high marks from Charity Navigator for five years running.
